Integration of Cytautomaton into Tercen‘s Platform
AltraBio SAS, a leader in data analysis and automated gating, and Tercen Data Analytics Ltd, a leading provider of cloud-based cytometry data analysis software, today announced the integration of CytAutomaton, the Gating Automation tool developed by AltraBio, into Tercen’s Biomedical Data Analysis Platform. this integration facilitates access and use of this Machine-Learning-based approach, as well as interaction with generated gating results.

With CytAutomaton available on the Tercen platform, users can automatically quantify cellular populations defined in their gating strategy across all cytometry files and interact with the results. This capability addresses the challenges posed by the increasing complexity and volume of cytometry data generated by new technologies.

Historically, manual gating has been a primary source of variability in flow cytometry analysis. However, it is no longer suitable for analyzing the large datasets generated in clinical studies.
